Microsnacks

Microsnacks are optional, controlled relief valves for tough fasting days.

Definition:
- ≤ 15 g total macronutrients (combined carbs, protein, fat)
- ≤ 5 g glycemic load

Examples: a boiled egg, a small handful of salted peanuts, or 3 squares of Cadbury Dairy Milk.

Limit to 2 per day (e.g. 1pm and 4pm). They're not cheats — they're precision tools.
